A 32-foot boat fits comfortably in our 40' x 12' uncovered bay, which leaves room to maneuver a trailer tongue and hitch without crowding the neighboring space. If you'd rather keep it fully enclosed, the 36' x 14' indoor garage also works.
Yes — indoor private garages are available in 36' x 14' and 44' x 15' footprints, both fully gated and enclosed. These are the best option for coaches and boats you want shielded from sun and weather year-round.

The 18' x 10' open parking space is our entry-level bay — ideal for jet ski trailers, small aluminum boats, and utility trailers that don't need a full-size slip.
